Check your Upload Credits

First what you want to do is to check your credit upload balance. If you have run out, then this would amount to upload failure until your account is recharged. When this happens you have two options.



App-based troubleshooting 

The second thing you want to do is test the outcome for these possibilities

  1. Using the same device, try uploading records to different form.
  2. Using a different device, use the same log in and test uploading to the same form 
  3. Using a different account share the same form you're working on and try uploading a test record.




Other Known issues
At the moment we do not support emojis, so this may cause an upload failure. We are looking for ways that those characters can be supported/escaped in future. For now, try to avoid using the emoji keyboard.
