If you are getting the message that your phone "could not connect to server" it usually means that:
- You don’t have enough credit on your phone, and need to add phone credit.
- The APN setting (which EpiSurveyor uses) is not correctly set. If so, you can contact your mobile provider to help you configure the settings properly.
