When you are creating a numeric question and wish to set an upper and lower "range limit" for the question, the easiest way is to enter your upper and/or lower limits into the "Minimum" and "Maximum" boxes on the design page when viewing that numeric question. Although it is possible to use logical statements in the logic window to do the same thing, this approach is MUCH easier. See example, below.
