The two most common reasons people are unable to upload data from the field are:

  1. poor connectivity -- in this case, remember that your data will be kept safe until you can get to an area of better connectivity.  You can also choose to export your data records to the mobile device's memory card (if it has one and you are using Android or Symbian)
  2. out of credits -- to upload data to the Magpi servers you need to have a positive balance of upload credits -- if you are uploading data to a form that you own.  If you are trying to upload data to a form owned by someone else, they need to have a positive balance.  The form owner can check their upload credit balance by logging into and looking at the upper left of the screen on the forms dashboard (see image below)
