If you are having difficulty in uploading data from your mobile device:
Check your Upload Credits
Check your credit upload balance. If you have run out, then this would amount to upload failure until your account is recharged. When this happens you have two options.
To narrow down the possible causes of the problem, try these tests:
- Using the same device, try uploading records to different form.
- Using a different device, use the same log in and test uploading to the same form
- Using a different account share the same form you're working on and try uploading a test record.
Check for Invalid Answers
If a form contains invalid answers, it will not be uploaded. Read more about invalid answers.
