You can apply basic formatting to all or some of the text in a question prompt, using HTML tags. These tags will not appear on the mobile device, but will change the appearance of the question prompt text on the mobile device.
TEXT COLOR
Entering this in Magpi's Design tab:

Of course you can use other colors besides green: red, blue, yellow, etc.
BOLD TEXT
Entering this in Magpi's Design tab:

ITALIC TEXT
For italic text, follow the bold text example, but use <i> and </i> instead of <b> and </b>
